WAY TO GO, TIM!!!!!!!!!!

Just thought I would give a shout out to my wonderful husband!!!! Below you will see the bouquet of flowers he brought home for our 8th anniversary!!!! Pretty!!! That's not all....we had dinner and a movie with no kids thanks to Popop and Mammy(thank you very much)!!! It was very nice!!! Happy Anniversary, Tim! Thanks for putting up with me for 8 years! I love you!!

QUICK PICS AND DESCRIPTIONS

Ok, I am tired so here are some pictures with quick descriptions:

Tim and I noticed that things were quiet and this is what we found.

Violations: 1. Climbing on top of the changing table

2. Standing on top of the changing table to get the baby powder and baby gas-x off of the top shelf in the closet

3. Opening the baby powder and shaking it all over the bedroom

4. Opening the baby gas-x and medicating each other (don't be alarmed...they didn't get much...and Kaylee can use all the help she can get with her gas)

5. Whatever else we didn't see happen

Somebody found their thumb this past week:
Ok, I promise we did not teach her to do this. I was folding laundry and Brooke said, "Mommy, wook (look)!" I nodded and kept folding...looked back up and started laughing because I realized what she was doing.

Sydney likes her Jenny Jumper even though she can't jump yet. She just kinda swings around.

Last week in Puggles Brooke learned that God made flowers. We picked some roses from the backyard and made a little bouquet and other things.

And, this was the little bouquet a few days later (this week is "God made grass"...I think we will leave the grass outside):

WHAT DO YOU THINK?

I have heard from a couple of people that Sydney looks like her best friend Morgan who is 6 months older than her. So, I found their 3 month old pics.....what do you think?

CHURCH CLOTHES...

The girls had their dresses on so I tried to take a few pics. Kaylee helped me with Sydney, but she didn't want her picture taken today.

BATH FUN!!!

We decided to have some fun in the bathtub today with colored shaving cream stuff (don't worry, it is made for kids). Kaylee was scared of it at first and would freak out if it touched her....drama queen!

KAYLEE'S FIRST DAY TO PRESCHOOL!!!

Kaylee started preschool Tuesday and just as I expected, she was really excited about it. In fact, she was so excited that she didn't even want to give me a hug when I was leaving. I'm not too worried about it because I am sure that Brooke will make up for all those hugs when she goes to preschool (she probably won't let go of me). She still cries every Sunday when she walks into her Sunday School class.
Anyway, Kaylee was really excited about her lunch. She was telling everyone that she had her lunch in her bag and then she proceeded to list the contents. Too bad she only ate her dessert (shocker). I didn't pack dessert on Thursday and she ate all of her lunch, of course.
They put them down for a nap at 1:30 so when I picked her up at 2:30 she was still asleep. All the other kids were outside eating popsicles. When we were on our way home I was asking her questions and she said, "Shhh...I am going back to sleep."

Her teacher, Mrs. Robin, said she did really well and she was a leader. Hmmm....good or bad? I think she saw the worry on my face so she said she was a good leader and nice to everyone. Whew! Hope it stays that way!

1st Day of School Picture. She took her bag and her little nap mat. (When I picked her up, they said she wanted a pillow and blanket because everyone else had one.)

There were no nap mats left in Abilene so we had to make ours. I was really excited because it only cost $7 and I thought it was cute for $7.
I am not gonna lie, it has been nice to have some time with just 2 kiddos. Tuesday we went to Chicfila for breakfast (in case you don't know, you get a free breakfast when you buy a drink) with Daddy and then we went grocery shopping. Thursday, I took Brooke to the zoo for their little preschool activity. Sorry, no pics because I forgot the camera. We learned about Roo the Rhino and then we got to go watch the zoo lady feed him lettuce. It was pretty fun! Then we took our weekly trip to Target (umm...sometimes it is biweekly).

On Wednesday, I told Kaylee not to do something and she argued with me so I told her not to argue with me and then she hit the couch with her hand because she was mad (surprising, huh..haha). So, I spanked her and she said, "I need to go back to school!!!" I couldn't hold it in so I busted out laughing.

OUR BABY GIRL IS ALREADY 3 MONTHS OLD!!!

Wow! They are all growing so fast! I can't believe Sydney is already 3 months old (Sept. 7th). So, this post is all about Sydney!!!

2 months old: She wasn't happy.

This is the best I could get...please excuse the paci.

At her 2 month check up, she was 11lbs. 2 1/2 ounces and 23 3/4 in. long.

3 months old:

She can sit in the Bumbo now.

She is doing so much these days!!! Just to name a few:

• she loves for anyone to talk to her
• she can talk with all different sounds
• she can laugh
• she can touch things with her hands and feet
• she can almost grab things
• she loves to eat
• she doesn't sleep very well at night, but she will go back to sleep on her own which is really nice
• she loves her sisters
• she likes the car (thank you, Lord)
• she is happy and smiling most of the time

We are so thankful for such a sweet baby! She is a blessing!!
