WOW!

I came to the realization recently that Brooke is now the same age that Kaylee was when Brooke was born. Wow! Below, is a picture of Kaylee (14 1/2 months) at the hospital when Brooke was born along with a picture of Brooke at 141/2 months.

MISS PIGGY

Brooke is quite the eater these days. She will eat until I finally take her out of her high chair. I sometimes wonder where all that food goes, and then I look at her belly. She has a fat little belly for a little girl. Tonight we were laughing at her belly so I got a picture. Maybe next time I can get a side view.

SO EMOTIONAL

SAD

HAPPY
SURPRISED MAD

Notice Kaylee has little buns in her hair. While I was finishing her hair, she looked in the mirror, grabbed the buns and said "Beans!" *************************************************
Brooke still loves the camera!

LITTLE MISS PRISS

Kaylee was trying on my shoes one morning. She still had her jammies on and morning hair, but she was walking around like she owned the place!

MESSY BESSY

I should have taken a before and after picture, but I only got the after. Brooke made an absolute mess with her lunch today. She thought it was really fun to rub her spaghetti, banana, and brownie all in her hair. Good thing she doesn't have much hair. I just threw her in the sink and hosed her down. She actually liked it!

Welcome Family and Friends

Hello everyone! I created a page so that I can update ya'll about our family and share a little of my daily experiences with the girls.

I thought I would start with a recent episode that occurred at Wal-Mart. We were grocery shopping and as usual, Brooke is crying as I start checking out. About the time I realized that the girls had gotten really quiet, a lady said, "Mam, I think your daughter just got some cookies from the shelf." Sure enough, I looked over and they were sharing a cup of mini Oreos. Let me just share with you exactly what Kaylee had to do to get to these cookies: She somehow wiggled out of the double harness on the basket, reached over Brooke, grabbed the cookies from the shelf, took the first lid off, and finally pulled the freshness seal off of the cup. Crazy kid! I had already told her she could not have them, but after I was finished, I was thankful that it kept them busy and very quiet. Let me just add that if you are gonna give a one-year-old and a two-year-old some cookies, Oreos are very, very, very messy!!!!
