Yeah!!! I got week 2 down (technically week one for me but week two for everyone else...just pretend like I already did week one..ok?). I only cheated a couple of times as far as you know:) (took a pic the day after:) Anyway, got my first week down and it has been pretty cool! I am really hoping I can keep up with this little project:)

Tim and I like to change things up a lot:) We got the itch and decided to completely change up all the rooms in our house....yes...we put our king size bed in the itty bitty room. Don't judge...we had lots of good reasons and so far we really like it. There is one major problem...Micah got sick and I couldn't put him down so we weren't able to completely finish. Sooooo, our house is a wreck and things are not in place yet....aren't you all surprised..ha!
6.22.11
Fun with Play-Doh!!!
6.23.11
Taking it easy at home this week so Sydney and Micah can get well.
6.24.11
House is still a mess...this is now Micah's room...huge "To Do" list!!

Wedding shower for our sweet friend and ex-college student, Laken. It was such a fun idea (thanks to Katie Cruddas). Everyone brought their favorite recipe and nonperishable items to give to Laken. Fun! Check out the chef hats we made!

This June makes 10 years that Tim has worked at SouthSide Baptist Church...Wow!!! I can't believe we have been there that long. Sooo, Sunday night they had a little reception for Tim and our family. It was such a blessing. We received some sweet cards and gifts that were so nice! I am so thankful that the Lord has allowed us to be at there for ten years!
Picture number 2 is a present that the girls made for our new little neighbor, Callie. She is a little firecracker..hilarious! They all three just love her and run to the door at every little sound they think might be her knocking. She is four and the first thing she said to Kaylee, "Why do you still have training wheels...do you STILL like Dora....you need to tell your mom to get you a new bike!!" All in one breath and Kaylee looked at her and then peddled over to me, "Mom, can I get a new bike?" Ha!!!
6.27.11
Changed the sheets and the girls made a huge pile of all their bedding and were falling in it. Played some hide - n- seek and then headed to hang out with Pop Pop at the lake after supper. Mammy was still in Seattle. We had to drag them out of the lake even thought it was dark outside.
6.28.11
We met the Maroneys at the library for Story Time and then checked out some books. We got to go eat lunch with Daddy after that. They were all 4 out before we got home.
There ya have it....if you are still reading I know this may be boring for you, but honestly I am doing this for me...kinda like a little scrapbook for our family. It just helps me to be a little more motivated since I told everyone I was going to put it on the blog:) Thanks for understanding...ha!

Heavy Heart
This family in Abilene has been on my heart constantly since I heard the news that their 22 month old was diagnosed with a peach-sized tumor on her brain stem just a week ago. Her name is Callie Cochran and she is as cute as a bug! I just thought I would share what has been on my heart so that you all can pray for Callie, her Mommy and Daddy, and her big brother. I have been encouraged by their trust and faithfulness to the Lord in these hard times. Please lift them up and check out their story and updates: Callie Cochran . Courtney, mommy, hasn't had time to write our their entire story but they are giving updates and specific things to pray over Callie and their family.
When these kind of things happen to people I know I sometimes start to worry and my imagination goes nuts and I start wondering what I would do...blah, blah...and then I remember: The Lord is sovereign and in control of EVERYTHING!! When I start worrying, I recently started praying that I would praise the Lord in all circumstances and that I would fully rely on Him. I pray that I will handle the hard times in a way that would encourage others to turn their hearts to Jesus and to trust Him in all areas of life knowing that He loves us so much and will take care of us ALWAYS!!
Another example of this for me is the Chandler family. The Lord has used them in so many ways through Matt's brain cancer and I pray that I will do the same in the face of tragedy. You can see a little of his story here: One Year Later. His wife also has a blog: ThemChandlers .
I just wanted to share about little Callie because she and her family have been heavy on my heart for the past week. Please lift them up in prayer.
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice." Phil 4:4
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Phil 4:6-7

Summer Days
We just played a little hide and seek in the house (cause it is 100something degrees outside....I am not complaining...just stating a fact....I don't like freezing:) Praise the Lord for AC's!!! Anyway, the girls were cracking me up! A few of the happenings during the game: I am hiding in the kitchen, trying not to cough, and all of a sudden Kaylee busts open the laundry room door , "Sorry guys! I have to go potty!!!" A few minutes later I am looking for everyone...I find Brooke standing behind a curtain and she is holding herself...when I pull back the curtain she says, "Whew! I have to go pee!!" and runs to the potty. Ha! If someone didn't find Sydney within 1 minute she would run out of her hiding place and find you. Hilarious!!! Micah slept through it all.
Speaking of little Micah, he is doing great. He was diagnosed with RSV and Pneumonia a little over a week ago. He started running a fever on Friday afternoon (of course at the beginning of the weekend), didn't sleep much and was really really fussy on Saturday. So, I assumed he had an ear infection and decided to take him to the walk-in clinic (one of my least favorite places to go!) to get antibiotics started so he would feel better. Dr. checks him out and says "Ok, the nurse will be back to do a strep test, RSV test, and possibly a chest x-ray." Whoa! Not at all what I was expecting to hear. RSV test was positive and x-ray showed a little pneumonia. This was the first kid to get RSV so I was nervous, but praise the Lord he started doing better on Sunday.
Before that we went to his 4 month check up: A whopping 11 lbs. and 13 oz. Ha! He was only 10th percentile in his weight and height...little guy. But so sweet! He is very social (especially for a guy, I think). He loves, loves for anyone to talk to him...he just smiles and talks back. His little sweet coos have turned into more of a squawking....like a terodactyl (sorry, don't know my dinosaur bird spellings). Still loves to be swaddled and prefers for everyone to stand up and walk while they are holding him...my friend Traci calls it an altitude meter..ha!!
Changing the subject....
I was reading starfishblog and she is doing a thing called Summer in Snapshots. Take a picture everyday to document the summer...this is a big commitment for me...I am horrible at keeping up with stuff like this, but I thought I would try it since it involves something I love...pictures. The hard part is getting past my it-has-to-be-perfectly-shot-and-edited brain. I am trying to remember to just take a stinkin' picture with whatever camera and get it on the computer.
Ok, I am done rambling....I will leave you with a few random pictures:

I just think this is a cool family picture...my sister and brother-in-law are on the ipad talking to Micah...Aunt Terri is reading to Brooke and Sydney is bossing everyone around with the microphone:)
How sweet is this...she fell asleep staring at him.
Found his toes and I think they must taste really good!
Look at this talent...hold his toes in one hand and rattle his toys with the other hand...haha!!!

I am probably going to have to email everyone to let you know that I am actually posting....been a long time!!! And I am not making any promises but I will try to post a little more. Micah is growing fast and now able to wear his 3 month clothes. Woohoo! He also sat in the Bumbo for the first time today....and I just realized that I totally forgot to take a picture...ugh. But, I did get some shots in his 'little brother' onesie before big sister jumped in:) She can't keep her hands off of him...so sweet!!

Wow! Need to update the blog family picture, huh? Well, we have a lot going on with the girls so I thought I would post some pictures for far away friends and family to see:)
Kaylee started kindergarten on Monday and she loves it!!! She has pouted the past two days when I pick her up because she doesn't want to leave. Here are a few pictures of her new adventure:
This was "Meet the Teacher" night last Thursday. That night when someone called to ask who her teacher was she said, "Uh...Mrs. Wyatt....or, maybe it was Mr.". So, we had to have a little lesson on Mrs's being girls and Mr's being boys:)
This is Monday morning before leaving for school!!! She was so excited
(understatement)! On the way there she said her tummy hurt and shortly after she said,
"Maybe I am excited too too much!"
Here are the other two sisters....Mammy stayed with them while Tim and I took Kaylee the first day....very nice! Sydney had just gotten out of her bed and was barely awake...too early for her...she usually sleeps till 9.
Ok...now my camera and computer aren't cooperating so I will finish up tomorrow....maybe:) But I can update you a little on #4. So far everything has been normal at the dr. appts. Fetal heart rate 160. My next appt is on Sept. 24th and we will make an appt for a sonogram while I am there. I will be 20 weeks so it should be easy to see what gender it is. Woohoo!!
